I help teams build and improve websites, enterprise tools, and automated workflows by connecting customer needs, product decisions, and technical delivery.
Technical Product & Program Manager

FROM REAL NEEDS
TO WORKING DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Hi! I’m Ashley. I bring customer insight, product thinking, and hands-on technical experience to the same table.
My background spans product and program management, client delivery, and front-end development. I work with customers, designers, and engineers to understand what’s needed and help turn it into something that works.

I pay attention to what’s said, what’s left unsaid, and where the details don’t quite line up. I draw on data, experience, and the people involved to ask better questions and spot potential problems early. When something feels off, I get curious and work to understand why.

How I Turn Needs
Into Products
A collaborative approach grounded in customer understanding, clear decisions, and hands-on delivery.
Understand & Define
I start with the people closest to the problem. I work through their needs, existing workflows, and constraints to clarify what matters, what we’re solving, and how we’ll know the solution is useful.
Align & Build
I translate those needs into priorities, requirements, and acceptance criteria. Working with design and engineering, I make tradeoffs explicit, resolve dependencies, and contribute to implementation where my technical skills can move the work forward.
Validate & Deploy
I work with the team to test against requirements, resolve issues, and confirm release readiness. I coordinate deployment and follow-through, using feedback from real use to guide the next improvements.
